Weekly LinkedIn content for teams

Every person on your team, publishing every week. Nobody writes a word.

Weekly LinkedIn posts for everyone on your team, in each person's own voice, grounded in one profile of your firm. Turn on review and nothing reaches an employee until your reviewer approves it.

The problem

Writing is slow, sounding professional is hard, and most people freeze at a blank post. So the team goes quiet, one person at a time. A quiet team is invisible to the clients and recruits who check LinkedIn first.

Every tool built for this asks your employees to write. That is the part that fails: industry benchmarks put typical participation at 20 to 30 percent. So we took the writing out. Nobody on your team writes anything.

What changes

Everyone shows up every week, in their own voice, about their own work, without opening a blank page. One firm profile keeps every post on brand and inside your rules. If someone has to sign off before anything goes out, that step is built in rather than bolted on.

How it works

The firm is set up once. Each person is added in minutes. After that, your team publishes and nobody writes.

STEP 01

Firm intake

What you offer, who you serve, the claims you never make, the topics that are off limits. You approve the profile before anything is written.

STEP 02

Employee calibration

A short intake per person, so posts sound like them and cover their work, not a house template. Anyone can email us wins or ideas any time.

STEP 03

Weekly posts that stay fresh

Posts arrive finished, grounded in the firm profile. We keep teammates off the same topic in a week, and hold each person off their own past topics for a quarter.

STEP 04

Optional review, built in

Turn on review and posts route to your reviewer first. They approve, request changes, or decline. Employees only see what is cleared.

Compliance review

Written for your reviewer. Released by your reviewer.

If posts need to clear someone before they publish, that step is built in rather than bolted on, and every decision is timestamped for your records. Worth knowing: regulators treat posts written with AI exactly like posts written by a person. Your firm is responsible either way, which is why review comes before release.

Review on

Nothing reaches an employee until your reviewer clears it.

The week's posts arrive in your reviewer's queue with approve and request changes controls. We revise until approved. The routed and released record is timestamped for your files.

Review off

Posts go straight to your team.

No review requirement? Finished posts arrive in each person's inbox every week, ready to publish. Email us to turn review on later and we will apply it across your team.

Team differentiation

Fifty people can post every week without sounding like one person.

Your team shares one business, so subjects overlap, and they should. The same week should not. Four rules keep the feed varied at any size.

RULE 01

One topic, one person, per week

When one post claims a topic, we take it off the table for teammates until the next week.

RULE 02

No repeats for a quarter

We hold each person off their own past topics for twelve weeks. The record follows the person.

RULE 03

Different structure on purpose

Each post gets a build: a story, a how to, a data point, a question. Two people near one subject come out reading differently.

RULE 04

Their own voice on top

Everyone is calibrated individually, so the overlap that remains still sounds like two different people.

Reputation protection

Nothing that could embarrass you goes out in your name.

A single chatbot can only grade its own homework. Whichever AI model leads right now writes each post, then a model from a rival company reviews it against your firm profile and the same written standard, before anyone at your firm sees it. That second read is where the buzzwords, the stock phrases, and anything we cannot back up come out.

Questions teams ask

How much does the team plan cost?

+

$129 per seat a month, five seat minimum, so the smallest plan is $645 a month for five people. No setup fee, billed monthly, cancel anytime.

Does every employee need to already be active on LinkedIn?

+

No. Each person completes a short intake so posts reflect their own voice and focus. A quiet profile is a fine starting point.

Can two employees end up posting about the same thing?

+

That is what the topic record is for. We keep every topic every employee has covered, hold teammates off the same ground in the same week, hold each person off their own past topics for twelve weeks, and deliberately build nearby posts with different structures in each person's voice. Every draft is checked against those rules before it goes out.

Do you make performance promises?

+

No. We never promise a specific outcome, a number of leads, or any result, and we never write personalized advice into a post. No exceptions.

Can we require compliance review before anything is posted?

+

Yes. Turn on review and every week's posts route to the reviewer you designate. Nothing reaches an employee until your reviewer approves it, asks for changes, or declines it. Every decision is timestamped, and earlier rounds stay on the record when a batch goes back for changes.

Are posts written with AI allowed under our rules?

+

Your firm is responsible for what it publishes whether a post was written by a person or with AI. The obligation is the same either way, which is why review is built in. With review on, every post reaches your reviewer before release, and nothing is ever published on anyone's behalf.

Who keeps the record, and what is in it?

+

We do. For every week we retain the full text of each post, which employee it was written for, when it went to your reviewer, what your reviewer decided, any notes they left, and when it was released. That is your approval trail from draft to release, and we can share it with you if a question ever comes up.

One limit we want to be plain about: your people publish from their own LinkedIn accounts, so we cannot see whether or when a post actually went live, and we do not capture the published version. If your firm has to retain communications as published, that capture comes from your archiving system. We support that process. We do not replace it and we are not an archive product.

What kinds of teams is this for?

+

Any team of five or more where the people are the brand: consultancies, agencies, brokerages, advisory firms, professional services. Compliance review is there for teams that need it and off for teams that do not.

Can we change our seat count later?

+

Yes. Add or remove seats any time at profilepros.ai/manage-team. Adding seats charges the prorated difference right away, and removing seats credits your next invoice. To cancel, use the cancellation page any time.

Give your whole team a reason to post.
