Welcome to Profile Pros. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Profile Pros, LLC ("Profile Pros," "we," "us," or "our") through our website at www.profilepros.ai. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with Profile Pros, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Profile Pros, LLC. Your continued use of our services following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Description

Profile Pros offers one service: the Content Subscription. Subscribers receive 2 to 3 ready to publish LinkedIn posts each week, written in their voice, and may email in ideas, wins, and topic requests at any time. Every subscription includes a complete LinkedIn Profile Makeover at no additional charge, delivered after the first full billing charge following the trial (see Section 2a). We do not sell the Makeover separately. All services are powered by artificial intelligence with human oversight (see Section 11).

2a. Trial Terms

New subscribers start with a $1 trial, charged when you sign up, that runs 14 days. During the trial you receive weekly content deliveries.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically to the monthly plan at $149 per month (or to the quarterly plan at $399 every 3 months, if you selected it), billed to the card you provided. The exact conversion date and amount are shown before you enter payment details and again in your confirmation email.

Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing beyond the $1. You can cancel through the same online channels you signed up with: the billing portal link in any delivery email, or by emailing hello@profilepros.ai.

The included Profile Makeover is delivered after your first full charge following the trial, as our welcome to continuing members. It is not delivered during the trial. The Makeover covers your Headline, About, Experience, Skills, Featured, and Recommendations, written in your voice, with unlimited revisions while your subscription is active (see Section 5).

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Subscription pricing. After the $1 trial, the Content Subscription is $149 per month (the default), or an optional $399 per quarter commitment plan. Billing is anchored to your own conversion date, not to the calendar month. By subscribing, you authorize Profile Pros to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure (California residents and all subscribers): Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You authorized this recurring charge at checkout, where the amount and timing are disclosed before payment. You may cancel at any time using the process in Section 7. We send an email reminder before your trial converts.

Pricing Changes: Prices may change for new customers. Existing subscriptions are not subject to mid-cycle price increases, and any change to your recurring rate is communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect. If we ever publish a lower price for the plan you are on, you will be moved to it, so you will never pay more than a new member.

We do not store your full payment card details. All payment data is handled and secured by Stripe in accordance with their data security standards.

4. Delivery Process

Content delivery begins the day you start your trial, once you complete the short intake. The included Profile Makeover begins after your first full charge following the trial, upon our receipt of the LinkedIn profile screenshots we request at that point.

We do not commit to a fixed delivery timeframe. We work in good faith to deliver promptly after receipt of all required materials. Delays caused by incomplete or late submission of required materials from you may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Deliverables are provided in digital format via email to the address on file.

5. Revision Policy

The included Profile Makeover is covered by unlimited revisions while your subscription is active. Send a revision request to hello@profilepros.ai describing what is not working, and we will rewrite as many times as it takes. The Makeover is included with your subscription; revisions are the remedy, and no separate cash value attaches to it. Revision requests made after cancellation are handled at our discretion.

What we recommend. The Makeover we deliver is our best judgment for your profile, shipped against an internal quality rubric. We recommend giving the first version time to breathe before requesting changes. Targeted adjustments (a phrase that does not land, a specific emphasis shift) are typical and exactly what revisions are for.

Content Subscription revisions. If a delivered post does not match your voice or brand, reply to the delivery email and we will rewrite the post. Voice calibration is continuous across the life of the subscription.

6. Content Subscription Terms

What Is Included

Each week you receive 2 to 3 personalized LinkedIn posts written to reflect your voice, industry, and positioning, plus the included Profile Makeover once you continue past the trial. Posts are generated using AI tools and reviewed before delivery (see Section 11 for our AI disclosure). Subscribers may email content@profilepros.ai any time with post ideas, recent wins, or topic suggestions, and we shape them into upcoming deliveries. Voice calibration is continuous across the life of the subscription.

Billing

After the $1 / 14 day trial, subscriptions are billed $149 per month by default, or $399 per quarter if you chose the quarterly plan, anchored to your conversion date. See Section 2a for trial and conversion terms.

Grandfathered Subscribers

Subscribers on a prior plan, including existing quarterly or complimentary arrangements, keep the terms they enrolled under.

Content Ownership

Posts delivered to you are yours to use, publish, and modify as you see fit. Profile Pros retains no rights to post on your behalf or access your LinkedIn account unless you explicitly authorize us to do so for delivery purposes.

7. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by either of the following methods:

1. Visit profilepros.ai/cancel-subscription and enter the email address on your account. You will land in a Profile Pros customer portal (hosted by our payment processor, Stripe), where you can cancel with a single click.
2. Email hello@profilepros.ai from the email address on your account. Email cancellations are processed within one business day.

Neither method requires a phone call, a live chat, or a human review before cancellation is processed. California residents retain an absolute right to cancel online at any time, and that same right is preserved for all subscribers.

What Happens When You Cancel

Cancel any time; you keep receiving posts through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Billing is monthly by default, so you are never committed beyond the current period. We do not prorate or refund partial periods. Cancelling during the trial stops the conversion, and you pay nothing beyond the $1.

8. Refund Policy

Makeover

The included Profile Makeover is guaranteed by unlimited revisions while your subscription is active, not by a cash refund. We revise as many times as it takes until you are satisfied. Because the Makeover is included with your subscription, it carries no separate cash value, and no cash refund attaches to it.

Subscription

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; your deliveries continue through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not prorate or refund partial periods. Goodwill refunds, where offered, are at our discretion and issued to your original payment method.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

We do not guarantee specific professional outcomes from the use of our services, including but not limited to new clients, pipeline, revenue, profile views, connection requests, or job offers. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Our guarantee is about the quality of our work against your standards, not about results in the world.

General

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of your LinkedIn profile content, including any content we create for you as part of your Makeover or Content Subscription. Once delivered, you are free to use, publish, modify, or distribute that content as you see fit.

Our Methodology and Materials

Profile Pros retains all ownership of its proprietary methodologies, processes, templates, frameworks, prompts, and underlying systems used to deliver our services. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the methods, systems, or templates underlying our services without our express written permission.

Your Materials

By providing us with materials (such as your existing LinkedIn content, writing samples, career history, or other information) for the purpose of service delivery, you grant Profile Pros a limited, non-exclusive license to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services.

11. AI Disclosure

Profile Pros services are powered in part by AI tools. AI is used to generate draft content, including profile rewrites, post copy, and related deliverables.

Human Review: During our initial launch period (estimated at 1 to 3 months following launch), all AI-generated deliverables are reviewed by a human team member before delivery to you. We are committed to maintaining quality standards and will update this disclosure as our review processes evolve.

By using our services, you acknowledge that AI tools contribute to the creation of your deliverables and that AI-generated content may require your own review and editing before publishing to your LinkedIn profile or elsewhere.

Profile Pros does not guarantee specific professional or career outcomes from using AI-generated content, including but not limited to profile views, connection requests, job offers, new clients, pipeline, or revenue. Our satisfaction guarantee in Section 8 covers the quality of our work against your standards, not results in the world.

12. Client Responsibility for Publication

You are solely responsible for what you choose to publish. Profile Pros prepares written deliverables for your use. Whether to publish those deliverables on LinkedIn or any other platform is your decision, and so is the responsibility for what appears under your name.

Accuracy of inputs. When you provide us with information about your background, results, achievements, clients, employers, certifications, or any other facts to be reflected in our work, you represent and warrant that those inputs are true, accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to share them with us. We rely on what you tell us. If a claim in a deliverable is inaccurate because the underlying information you provided was inaccurate, the responsibility for any consequence of publishing that claim is yours.

Regulatory compliance is yours to verify. Many of our clients work in regulated professions, including financial services, legal, accounting, healthcare, insurance, and tax advisory. If your profession is governed by FINRA, the SEC, the FTC, HIPAA, a state bar, a state board of accountancy, a medical licensing board, or any other regulator, the rules that govern public marketing, performance claims, testimonials, endorsements, advertising, social media, and use of AI generated content are yours to know and follow. Profile Pros does not perform regulatory review, and our deliverables are not certified for any specific regulatory regime. You should review every deliverable against the rules that apply to you, request changes where needed, and decline to publish anything that does not meet your obligations.

Platform terms of service. Publishing on LinkedIn or any other platform is governed by that platform's terms of service. LinkedIn in particular has its own rules about authenticity, AI generated content, claims about results, references to third parties, and prohibited content. Your account on those platforms is yours, and so is responsibility for compliance with their terms.

Third party references. If you ask us to mention or characterize a specific person, company, product, or institution by name, you are representing that you have the right to do so and that the characterization is accurate. We exercise commercially reasonable judgment to flag content that we believe carries elevated risk before delivery. Our flag is informational. Whether to publish what you asked for is still your call, and the responsibility that follows is yours.

13. No Professional Advice

Our deliverables are marketing copy. They are written to help you communicate effectively about who you are and what you do. They are not legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional advice, and they should not be relied on for any of those purposes.

Profile Pros does not provide and is not responsible for compliance review against any specific regulatory regime. If your work is governed by professional rules that affect what you can say in public marketing, you should consult with a licensed advisor in that field, your firm's compliance department, or your regulator before publishing any content that touches those rules. Reasonable judgment about whether a deliverable meets your professional obligations is yours.

14. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy governs with respect to data handling.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

No Consequential Damages: Profile Pros, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cap on Liability: Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Profile Pros in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No Guarantee of Results: We make no guarantee of specific professional or career outcomes resulting from use of our services. LinkedIn profile optimization is one component of a broader professional strategy, and results vary based on factors outside our control.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, including contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Profile Pros, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any third party claim, loss, damage, liability, settlement, judgment, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

• content you publish, post, or distribute on LinkedIn or any other platform, including content originating from a deliverable we prepared for you;
• the accuracy of any information, claim, statement, testimonial, or representation you provided to us or asked us to include in a deliverable;
• your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rule of a professional regulator (including but not limited to FINRA, SEC, FTC, HIPAA, state bar, or state licensing board rules) in connection with content you published;
• your violation of LinkedIn's or any other platform's terms of service in connection with content you published; or
• your violation of these Terms.

We will give you prompt written notice of any claim subject to this indemnification, and we will reasonably cooperate at your expense in the defense of the claim. You may not settle any claim that admits wrongdoing on our part or imposes any obligation on us without our prior written consent, which we will not unreasonably withhold.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Profile Pros makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from inaccuracies.

18. Modifications to Terms

Profile Pros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of our services and cancel any active subscriptions in accordance with Section 7.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Wyoming. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any claims will be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

Consumer Savings Clause. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you, that provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with that law. All other provisions remain in full force. The Wyoming governing law and arbitration clauses above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, but do not override your non-waivable statutory rights.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or disclosures incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Profile Pros with respect to the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
